What is talent sourcing?
Talent sourcing is the shortlist behind a campaign: which creators fit the brand, who is available and what they charge. I build it from my own network across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and from new research for each brief.
Every creator on the list has been checked and contacted before you see it, so availability and rates are confirmed. If you need the list before committing to a campaign, you can book it on its own.
How do you find the right influencers?
Audience fit first, content quality second, reach third. I then read comments, follower growth and past brand work, which shows how a creator’s audience really responds.
For Sol de Janeiro’s Intense Perfume Mists, that meant nine talents, one shared posting window and 25 posts that reached 5.97M people. The case shows the numbers behind the talent sourcing.
Influencer seeding or paid collaboration?
Seeding sends product with no posting obligation. A paid collaboration has a fee, agreed deliverables and usage rights. I often use seeding to test fit before budget goes into paid work.
For launches, I run influencer seeding end to end: list, addresses, packaging, shipping, follow-up and a record of what was posted.
What happens during a paid campaign?
I brief, approve, time and follow up. Performance is reviewed against targets agreed before the first post.
Each creator gets a one-page brief with goal, key message, must-haves, no-gos and deadlines. Contracts cover scope, exclusivity and usage period, and your legal team signs off the template. How I write the brief is in my influencer marketing workflow.
Do you also produce UGC?
Yes. UGC creators cast and briefed for your brand, or content shot by me, licensed for paid. For Moroccanoil that was four campaigns of Reels and stills, for Zalando weekly product videos.
What does it cost?
Prices follow the brief. Creator fees, usage rights and my fee appear as separate lines in a fixed budget.
