Execution & reporting
I run talent sourcing, events and content, and send one report in English your team can forward.
What does a US brand need to enter DACH?
A local partner who carries out the global plan in German, with taste, and reports back in English. Creators, events and content, coordinated by one person.
The gap is rarely the product. US content reaches Germany, but it arrives as US content, and the DACH audience follows creators who speak to them in German. I close that gap with single projects or a long-term partnership.
What do you take over?
Talent sourcing and seeding with German influencers, paid Instagram and TikTok collaborations, launch dinners and community events, UGC, content plans and shoot direction. One brief, one contact.
You keep the global guidelines. I adapt them to the market: German briefings, German contracts, local venues and press.
How does reporting to HQ work?
Monthly, in English, on one page your team can forward. Reach, engagement, sales where tracked, press, and a short read of what to change.
The report explains local context for readers abroad. If a format works in Germany and fails in Switzerland, it says so and says why.
Do you cover all of DACH?
Yes. The three DACH markets share a language, but each has its own creators, formats and timing. I plan per market and flag early where a US approach will not travel.
How does it start?
With a 30-minute intro call. A tailored proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed budget follows within 48 hours.
What this looked like for Sol de Janeiro.
For the Intense Mist Diary launch, Sol de Janeiro needed the campaign to land in the German-speaking market, with creators and press in the same room. I ran a launch dinner and party in Berlin with a guest list of around 40 creators and press.
Alongside the evening, I cast and managed paid Instagram and TikTok collaborations across DACH. Reporting on reach and engagement went to the brand's US team, in a format they could forward.
