What does an influencer event involve?
A concept, a venue, a guest list and a run of show, then content, press follow-up and a report. I handle all of it, from the first idea to the final report.
My background is fashion and editorial, at Vogue and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and events are where it shows most. I plan each evening so that creators get content, press get the story and the brand gets both.
- Launch dinner and party: Sol de Janeiro, Intense Mist Diary in Berlin, around 40 creators and press
- Sale and community launch event: The Female Company, an evening in red, with a menu where everything was edible
- Creator trip and dinner around a sports moment: Sol de Janeiro, Formula 1 weekend in Madrid, 1.02M reach from three creators
- Activations around Berlin Fashion Week and festival weekends, as dinners, creator days or content moments
Who is on the guest list?
Creators, press, retail partners and friends of the brand. Each guest is chosen for a role at the launch, whatever their follower count.
Why the details matter more than the budget is in why most brand events are forgotten by Monday.
Where do events take place?
Mostly in Berlin, where I am on site from the venue walkthrough to the last guest. Events in Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Vienna and Zurich run through my network of venues and partners, and I am there on the night.
What did this look like in practice?
For Sol de Janeiro, a launch dinner and party in Berlin for Intense Mist Diary, with around 40 creators and editors. For The Female Company, a launch event for its biggest sale of the year, with more than 50 guests and over 20 sponsors. In Madrid, three creators on a Formula 1 weekend produced 19 posts and 1.02M reach.
The Sol de Janeiro evening in Berlin ran alongside paid creator collaborations, with reporting to the brand’s US team.
What does an event cost?
It depends on guest count, venue and format. Venue and food are the largest lines. I give a fixed budget in the proposal.
